About Server Hub
Frontier compute, priced in rand.
Server Hub sources premium computing hardware for South Africa — NVIDIA AI supercomputers, workstation GPUs, enterprise networking, and the gear African builders use to ship serious work — landed in rand and warranted locally in Johannesburg.
Server Hub started as the answer to a simple question: why is it harder to buy a serious workstation in Johannesburg than to buy bandwidth there?
We supply frontier computing hardware to South African business — NVIDIA AI supercomputers, RTX workstation GPUs, enterprise networking and storage. We price every unit in rand, configure it for the workload it’s going into, and back it with a one-year warranty you can phone about.
Who we serve
We sell to people building things that matter in South Africa — AI startups, broadcast and post-production houses, CAD and architecture practices, gaming setups, ISPs and the technical teams keeping all of that connected. If your work runs on hardware faster than what’s easy to find at retail, you’re who we built this for.
What we do that’s different
- A supply chain that holds. Direct relationships with manufacturers and authorised distributors, here and abroad, and real stock positions — so a quote is a commitment rather than a hope. We carry the sourcing, freight, duty and warranty; you get one price in rand with everything included and nothing extra to settle on delivery.
- Configured by engineers. Bench-tested before despatch. Drivers loaded, BIOS updated. You get a working machine, not a project.
- One-year ZA warranty. Local replacement and support. We never ask you to courier hardware to the manufacturer.
- Same-day Joburg & Cape Town. Stock units ship within 24 hours. Nationwide in 2–5 days.
The bigger picture
Server Hub is one half of a story. We power the metal. Our parent, Fibre Boyz, powers the bandwidth — fibre, LTE and smart-home connectivity for households and businesses across South Africa. Same operator, same engineering culture, two doors. Whether you’re a studio plumbing 4K editorial through 1Gbit fibre or a home-lab builder training models in a garage, we want both ends to feel obvious.
Editorial accountability

He sets the editorial standards for this newsroom and writes the buyer guides, which exist to cut through spec sheets and say what a build actually costs, and does, in rand.
