Offer Terms

• First-order offer: up to 15% off your first order with us.
• Basket offer: up to 10% off to complete an order already in your basket.

The percentage shown is the most we offer, not a fixed discount on every product. The discount we can give depends on the product, what it costs us to supply and whether it is available. Some products carry very little room for a discount, and on those the discount will be lower than the figure shown. We will tell you the discount that applies to your order before you pay.

The offers are designed for consumer purchases. New business equipment that we supply to order, such as business laptops, servers, memory and software licences, usually allows a smaller discount. Trade, reseller, tender and project pricing is quoted separately and already reflects our best price.

Every offer is subject to the product being available. If a product is out of stock, discontinued or has changed in price, we will say so and, where we can, offer you a suitable alternative.

• The first-order offer applies once per customer or business, to a first order only.
• An offer cannot be combined with another discount, coupon, promotion, loyalty redemption or trade pricing.
• An offer cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed or paid for.

When you leave your details, a member of our team contacts you to help you find the right price. Leaving your details does not create a discount code. A discount is confirmed only when it appears on a quotation or order confirmation from us, and it holds for the period stated on that quotation.

We may change or end an offer at any time. A discount already confirmed on a quotation stays valid for that quotation’s validity period.
