Shipping & Delivery
Every order is despatched from our Johannesburg facility after bench-test and configuration. Here’s how that gets to you.

We hold fast-moving lines in Greenstone Hill. Most of the catalogue is sourced to order from our South African distributors or imported for you, which is why a product page shows Available to order with its lead time rather than claiming a unit is already on our shelf. The lead time is shown before you check out, and delivery time is added to it.
Carriers
We use Courier Guy for general parcels and Fastway for express metro deliveries. For workstations, servers, and items over R50 000, we ship via insured white-glove courier with signature-on-delivery and on-board temperature monitoring.
Free shipping threshold
Free standard delivery on orders R3 000 and above, anywhere in South Africa. Below that, delivery is a flat R150 — not a weight-based estimate, so the figure you see here is the figure you pay at checkout.
Tracking
You’ll receive a despatch email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves our facility. WhatsApp or email if it’s been more than 24 hours and nothing’s arrived — we’ll chase the courier ourselves.
Special arrangements
- Same-day Joburg / Pretoria: order before 11:00 SAST on a business day for same-day delivery (additional R350 at checkout, or free on orders R25 000+).
- Saturday delivery: available in Joburg and Cape Town metros — flag at checkout.
- Site-survey installs (data-centre / studio): by quote. Email info@serverhub.co.za.
We don’t ship outside South Africa
Cross-border orders defeat our rand-pricing and local-warranty promise, so we keep it deliberately SA-only. If you’re a regional buyer, email us — we’ll quote case-by-case.
