Do I need to hold stock or put up capital?
No. You carry nothing. We source, freight, clear and warrant the hardware, and you resell it to your client on trade pricing. There is no stock to buy and no upfront cost to become a partner.
Can you source things that are not on the website?
Yes. The catalogue is a fraction of what we broker. If you can give us a part number or a spec, we can almost always quote it — including enterprise and AI hardware that no local supplier stocks. Sourced-to-order lines are quoted with an honest lead time, usually 10 to 15 working days landed.
How does deal registration protect me?
When you register a deal, it is tied to you. We quote you trade pricing for that client and we do not sell around you to them. We are the sourcing desk behind your business, not a competitor for it.
What warranty do my clients get?
A local, return-to-base warranty claimed in Johannesburg — 12 months on new and certified-refurbished hardware, 90 days on pre-owned. It is stated as additional to the buyer’s Consumer Protection Act rights, never instead of them. No overseas RMA, no shipping a box to another hemisphere.
