• sh_sid — a first-party site identifier used for our own, pseudonymous analytics (which pages and products are viewed, cart activity) so we can run and improve the store. It contains no name, e-mail or IP address.
• sh_chat_session — keeps your live-chat conversation with us connected. Essential to the chat working.
• sh_cookie_id / sh_ref — remembers if you arrived through one of our affiliates, so they are credited.
• sh.consent.v1 — remembers your cookie choice.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — third-party analytics that runs only with your agreement; declined, it stays in a cookieless mode.

When you first visit we show a cookie notice. Continuing to use the site means you agree to our essential cookies and our own pseudonymous analytics. You can choose “Manage” to decline non-essential analytics, and you can change your mind at any time. We also honour a Global Privacy Control signal (Sec-GPC) from your browser as a request to decline. Declining our first-party analytics stops us associating activity with your site identifier; essential cookies remain so the site works.
