Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms as amended from time to time. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.

We use cookies and first-party analytics to operate the store, remember your preferences and improve our service. By continuing to use the site you agree to this, on the basis and to the extent set out in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. You can manage or decline non-essential analytics at any time via the cookie notice.

Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We take care to describe and price products accurately, but availability and specifications can change; where a price or availability is materially wrong we will contact you before proceeding. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help prepare quotations, technical proposals and replies; our website chat Sales Advisor is an AI; and the builds our PC builder and server configurator suggest are prepared by AI. A member of our team reviews every AI-assisted quotation, proposal and email before it is sent to you, other than our automatic acknowledgement of a new enquiry. Answers given in the website chat, and builds suggested by our PC builder and server configurator, are indicative only: a price, availability, lead time, specification or configuration is confirmed only when it appears on a quotation from us. Our Privacy Policy explains which AI providers we use and where your information goes.

An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and take payment. Payment is handled by our payment providers (PayFast, Yoco and EFT); we do not store full card details.

Our products carry the warranty stated on the product page and on your invoice. Any warranty we offer is in addition to, and never a waiver of, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, which cannot be contracted out of.

To the extent permitted by law, Server Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version and date above show when they last changed.
