These Terms & Conditions govern your use of serverhub.co.za (the Site) and any purchase you make from Server Hub. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who you’re dealing with

Server Hub is a trading division of Fibre Boyz (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa with its registered office at 8 Greenstone Place, Stoneridge Office Park Block A North First Floor, Greenstone Hill, Johannesburg, 1609 (the Company, we, us).

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, resident in South Africa, and acting either on your own behalf or with authority to bind a juristic person, to use the Site or place an order.

3. Pricing & taxes

All prices on the Site are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are landed-final — they include applicable VAT, customs duty and freight to our Johannesburg facility. Delivery fees, where applicable, are calculated at checkout and quoted separately. Prices may change without notice, but a confirmed order will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of confirmation.

4. Stock availability

The Site shows products as in stock, on pre-order or on order. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed; in that event we will refund in full within 7 business days.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, instant EFT, PayFast and Yoco. Title in the goods passes to you only on receipt of cleared funds. Risk passes on delivery.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We deliver within South Africa only. For full terms see our Shipping & Delivery policy.

7. Returns, defects & warranty

The Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

8. Use of the Site

You may not (a) use the Site to harvest data, (b) circumvent rate limits or security controls, (c) impersonate another person, or (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

All Site content — including photography, product descriptions, code and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, reproduce or commercialise it without written permission. Third-party trademarks (NVIDIA, Apple, Intel, AMD, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used here under standard retail-fair-use principles.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the Site or any order is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses (lost profit, lost data, business interruption).

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by South African law. The High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save where the CPA grants you concurrent jurisdiction in your local Magistrate’s court.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order is the version that governs that order.
