Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms as amended from time to time. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.

We use cookies and first-party analytics to operate the store, remember your preferences and improve our service. By continuing to use the site you agree to this, on the basis and to the extent set out in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. You can manage or decline non-essential analytics at any time via the cookie notice.

Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We take care to describe and price products accurately, but availability and specifications can change; where a price or availability is materially wrong we will contact you before proceeding. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and take payment. Payment is handled by our payment providers (PayFast, Yoco and EFT); we do not store full card details.

Our products carry the warranty described at checkout and on your invoice. Any warranty we offer is in addition to, and never a waiver of, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, which cannot be contracted out of.

To the extent permitted by law, Server Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version and date above show when they last changed.
