The Samsung 990 EVO Plus is a 2TB NVMe Solid State Drive. It features an NVMe PCIe 4.0 x4 / 5.0 x2 interface. This drive offers sequential read speeds of up to 7250 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 6300 MB/s. Random read IOPS reach 1,000,000, while random write IOPS are up to 1,350,000. It is equipped with a Piccolo controller and V-Nand TLC V8 NAND type. The drive has a Total Bytes Written (TBW) rating of 1200 TBW and a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of 1.5 million hours. A 60-month warranty is included.
