The Samsung 990 Pro 4TB NVMe Solid State Drive offers a substantial 4TB capacity. It utilises a PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe 2.0 interface, delivering sequential read speeds of up to 7450 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 6900 MB/s. Random read IOPS reach 1,400,000, while random write IOPS are up to 1,550,000. This drive features V-NAND 3-bit MLC technology and an in-house controller. It includes 2GB of Low Power DDR4 DRAM cache and has a Total Bytes Written (TBW) rating of 2400 TBW. A 60-month warranty is provided.
