The Intel Xeon Silver 4116 has 12 cores and 24 threads, a 2.10GHz base clock with boost to 3.00GHz, 16.5MB of cache and a 85W TDP. Part of the 1st Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses Socket 3647 and addresses up to 768GB of memory at 2400MHz DDR4.
