The Intel Xeon Platinum 8580 has 60 cores and 120 threads, a 2.00GHz base clock with boost to 4.00GHz, 300MB of cache and a 350W TDP. It belongs to the 5th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors family and fits FCLGA4677, with support for up to 4TB of memory at 5600MHz DDR5.
