With 32 cores (64 threads) at a 2.80GHz base clock, boosting to 4.10GHz, the Intel Xeon Platinum 8462Y carries 60MB of cache and is rated at 300W. Part of the 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses its platform socket and addresses up to 4TB of memory at 4800MHz DDR5.
