With 28 cores (56 threads) at a 2.20GHz base clock, boosting to 4.00GHz, the Intel Xeon Platinum 8276 carries 38.5MB of cache and is rated at 165W. Part of the 2nd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses Socket 3647 and addresses up to 1TB of memory at 2933MHz DDR4.
