The Intel Xeon Platinum 8180 has 28 cores and 56 threads, a 2.50GHz base clock with boost to 3.80GHz, 38.5MB of cache and a 205W TDP. Part of the 1st Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses Socket 3647 and addresses up to 768GB of memory at 2666MHz DDR4.
With simultaneous multithreading enabled, it presents 56 threads to the operating system. Boost clocks apply when thermal and power headroom allow; the base clock is the sustained figure.
