This Intel Xeon Platinum 8160 runs 24 cores at 2.10GHz (up to 3.70GHz on boost), with 33MB of cache in a 150W power envelope. Part of the 1st Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses Socket 3647 and addresses up to 768GB of memory at 2666MHz DDR4.
