This Intel Xeon Gold 6548N runs 32 cores at 2.80GHz (up to 4.10GHz on boost), with 60MB of cache in a 250W power envelope. It belongs to the 5th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors family and fits its platform socket, with support for up to 4TB of memory at 5200MHz DDR5.
