With 32 cores (64 threads) at a 2.40GHz base clock, boosting to 4.10GHz, the Intel Xeon Gold 6448H carries 60MB of cache and is rated at 250W. Part of the 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses its platform socket and addresses up to 4TB of memory at 4800MHz DDR5.

Pair it with an identical processor in dual-socket systems, and confirm the heatsink and BIOS support a 250W chip before installing.
