With 24 cores (48 threads) at a 2.60GHz base clock, boosting to 4.00GHz, the Intel Xeon Gold 6442Y carries 60MB of cache and is rated at 225W. Part of the 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses its platform socket and addresses up to 4TB of memory at 4800MHz DDR5.
