The Intel Xeon Gold 6438M has 32 cores and 64 threads, a 2.20GHz base clock with boost to 3.90GHz, 60MB of cache and a 205W TDP. Part of the 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses its platform socket and addresses up to 4TB of memory at 4800MHz DDR5.
