This Intel Xeon Gold 6230N runs 20 cores at 2.30GHz (up to 3.50GHz on boost), with 27.5MB of cache in a 125W power envelope. Part of the 2nd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses Socket 3647 and addresses up to 1TB of memory at 2933MHz DDR4.
