This Intel Xeon Gold 6152 runs 22 cores at 2.10GHz (up to 3.70GHz on boost), with 30.25MB of cache in a 140W power envelope. Part of the 1st Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses Socket 3647 and addresses up to 768GB of memory at 2666MHz DDR4.
