This Intel Xeon Gold 6150 runs 18 cores at 2.70GHz (up to 3.70GHz on boost), with 24.75MB of cache in a 165W power envelope. Part of the 1st Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses Socket 3647 and addresses up to 768GB of memory at 2666MHz DDR4.
The Gold tier is the mainstream choice for two-socket virtualisation and application servers.
