The Intel Xeon Gold 6146 has 12 cores and 24 threads, a 3.20GHz base clock with boost to 4.20GHz, 24.75MB of cache and a 165W TDP. Part of the 1st Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses Socket 2066 and addresses up to 768GB of memory at 2666MHz DDR4.
