This Intel Xeon Gold 6144 runs 8 cores at 3.50GHz (up to 4.20GHz on boost), with 24.75MB of cache in a 150W power envelope. Part of the 1st Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses Socket 3647 and addresses up to 768GB of memory at 2666MHz DDR4.
Adding a second processor also opens up the memory channels and PCIe lanes attached to that socket. Its S-spec, SR3TR, pins down the exact stepping.
