This Intel Xeon Gold 5418Y runs 24 cores at 2.00GHz (up to 3.80GHz on boost), with 45MB of cache in a 185W power envelope. Part of the 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors line, it uses its platform socket and addresses up to 4TB of memory at 4800MHz DDR5.
