The Intel Xeon E5-2698 v4 has 20 cores and 40 threads, a 2.20GHz base clock with boost to 3.60GHz, 50MB of cache and a 135W TDP. Part of the Intel Xeon E5-2600 V4 Processors line, it uses LGA2011 3 and addresses up to 1.5TB of memory at 2400MHz DDR4.
