Two AMD EPYC 7453 processors (28 cores each, 2.75GHz base clock) and 128GB of DDR4 power this Dell PowerEdge R6525 1U rack server. Storage comes as four 8TB 7.2K SAS hard drives, 32TB raw with all bays of the 4-bay 3.5-inch chassis populated.
A PERC H355 RAID controller, dual-port 1GbE RJ45 networking (Broadcom 5720) and dual 800W power supplies complete the specification. You also get iDRAC9 Enterprise remote management and rack rails.
The capacity-first layout suits backup targets, media libraries and large file shares, where raw terabytes matter more than random I/O. Set up as RAID 10, the four drives keep half their raw space and stay mirrored.
