Partner Programme Terms

Server Hub Partners is the affiliate programme operated by Server Hub, a trading division of Fibre Boyz (Pty) Ltd ("Server Hub", "we", "us"). It lets approved partners earn commission by referring customers who buy products from serverhub.co.za.

These terms form an agreement between you and Server Hub. By applying to or participating in the programme, you accept them.

You must be 18 or older and resident in South Africa, with a valid bank account or supported payout method. Applications are reviewed before approval, and we may decline or revoke participation at our discretion.

Each partner may hold one account. Accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended and any associated commissions withheld.

Approved partners earn a base commission of 10% on the net value (excluding VAT and shipping) of qualifying sales they refer. Your rate may increase as you progress through partner tiers; your current rate is shown in your dashboard and confirmed on approval.

A recurring commission of 5% may apply to repeat purchases by a referred customer for up to 12 months. Commission applies to completed, paid orders only.

When someone clicks your referral link, a cookie tags them to you for 30 days. If they place a qualifying order within that window, the sale is credited to you. You may not refer your own purchases — self-referral is not permitted and will be reversed.

If you introduce other partners to the programme, you may earn an additional share of the commission generated by their qualifying sales. This is a reward for referred sales activity only.

Important: all earnings in this programme derive exclusively from real product sales to genuine customers. There is no fee to join, no payment for recruiting others, and no income from sign-ups alone. The programme is not a pyramid, chain-letter or multiplication scheme as contemplated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

Commission is held as pending until the related order is paid and clears our returns and refunds window, after which it is approved. Approved commission is paid out once your balance reaches the R500 minimum, using the payout method you select in your dashboard.

If an order is cancelled, refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed (clawed back), including any team earnings derived from it.

You may share your link and code on social media, messaging apps, websites and in person. You must promote honestly and may not make false claims about products, prices or the programme; spam; bid on Server Hub trademarks in paid search; use misleading domains or impersonate Server Hub; or engage in any unlawful or deceptive conduct.

You must disclose that your links are affiliate links — for example using "#ad" or "affiliate link" — in line with advertising and consumer-protection rules.

You are responsible for your own tax. Commission you earn may be taxable income, and declaring and paying any tax due to SARS is your responsibility, not ours.

We process the personal information you provide to operate the programme, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our privacy policy. We use it to manage your account, track referrals and pay commission.

We may update these terms, commission rates and programme features from time to time; material changes will be communicated. Either party may end participation at any time. On termination, approved commission already earned remains payable, subject to these terms.
